1-Strategy Leadership: Develop, maintain, and execute RUA’s D&T strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and long-term goals.

2-Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring across all D&T domains.

3-Enterprise Architecture Oversight: Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, ensuring technology alignment across academic, research, cultural, and administrative layers.

4-Innovation & Value Realization: Promote digital innovation, identify emerging technologies, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value to education, research, and culture. 5- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary D&T liaison with university leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners, building strong collaborations to advance institutional objectives.
