Job Purpose:

Provide enterprise-wide leadership for digital direction, structure, and governance by owning digital planning, enterprise architecture, and digital excellence. The role ensures that all digital initiatives are strategically aligned, architecturally coherent, and governed through consistent standards to maximise value, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Key Accountabilities:

Digital Planning

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the enterprise digital strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead digital demand intake, prioritisation, and sequencing to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and budget cycles.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured digital initiatives, business cases, and benefits plans.

Enterprise Architecture

• Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards, and reference models across business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Ensure all digital initiatives comply with architecture, integration, data, and security standards.
• Chair or govern architecture review and design approval forums.
• Drive simplification, reuse, and scalability across the enterprise digital landscape.

Digital Excellence & Governance

• Define and enforce digital governance frameworks, decision gates, and performance standards.
• Set enterprise standards for product operating models, delivery maturity, and quality assurance.
• Oversee vendor governance and delivery assurance, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, benefits realisation, and digital maturity to executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar position.
