As the Executive Director of Human Resources, you'll partner closely with the CHRO to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across total rewards, culture, engagement, performance, and compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience across compensation, performance, and compliance.

Expertise in total rewards and employment law.

Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills.

Passion for culture-building, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Schedule flexibility. Typical business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday -Friday. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed due to special events or circumstances.
