Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Engineer to lead and manage our Engineering Consultancy Office. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and drive the business towards sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the consultancy office in line with local regulations.
• Supervise engineering and technical teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authorities (Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Prepare reports and coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and government departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / Structural / MEP preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE engineering regulations and authority approvals.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
