Job Purpose

To support day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry, security, technical services, and vendor management while maintaining compliance, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and technical teams for daily operations.
  • Monitor AMC vendors for HVAC, DG, UPS, lifts, fire systems, and utilities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (CLRA, Fire NOC, PSARA, ESI/PF, etc.).
  • Manage consumables, stock control, and pantry supplies.
  • Support sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste segregation, EPI tracking).
  • Assist in budget preparation, vendor billing verification, and MIS/MMR reports.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee workplace-related concerns.
  • Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and escalate issues on time.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of facility operations, housekeeping, and technical maintenance.
  • Understanding of statutory & compliance requirements.
  • Vendor management & negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and MS Excel/Power BI knowledge preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (preferred: Facility/Operations/Engineering background).
  • 2–5 years of facility management experience.
  • Exposure to corporate offices, IT parks, labs, or commercial facilities.
