Job Purpose
To support day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry, security, technical services, and vendor management while maintaining compliance, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and technical teams for daily operations.

Monitor AMC vendors for HVAC, DG, UPS, lifts, fire systems, and utilities.

Ensure statutory compliance (CLRA, Fire NOC, PSARA, ESI/PF, etc.).

Manage consumables, stock control, and pantry supplies.

Support sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste segregation, EPI tracking).

Assist in budget preparation, vendor billing verification, and MIS/MMR reports.

Act as first point of contact for employee workplace-related concerns.

Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and escalate issues on time.
Required Skills
-
Knowledge of facility operations, housekeeping, and technical maintenance.

Understanding of statutory & compliance requirements.

Vendor management & negotiation skills.

Strong communication, reporting, and MS Excel/Power BI knowledge preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Graduate (preferred: Facility/Operations/Engineering background).

2–5 years of facility management experience.
-
Exposure to corporate offices, IT parks, labs, or commercial facilities.
