IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for driving cost efficiency by achieving annual power and fuel savings targets, implementing cost-saving projects within defined timelines, and managing all related project processes from testing to quality assurance. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience by maintaining high service quality levels, ensuring optimal Fiber and Copper network performance, expanding bandwidth, and minimizing repair turnaround time for all customer segments. Additionally, you will oversee network operations to maintain exceptional availability across Wireline, Wireless, Core Switch, and GPON networks, meeting or exceeding established KPIs. A crucial part of your role will involve fostering employee engagement through regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training initiatives—ensuring continuous team development, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Commercial Power Units; CP Savings 4% w.r.t preceding Year 2. Backup Power Generators Fuel Saving (in liters) 7% w.r.t preceding Year. (Subject to CP availability trends and excluding massive national / regional grid-power breakdowns) 3. 100% implementation of cost saving projects within given timeline 4. Project management role with Processing of Pre-PATs, Testing, offering to QA, Quick PAT deficiencies settlements.
• Overall FF CHI => 93.5% as per existing criteria, BO support for maxed out site VDSL cards with ATF & RFS, Bandwidth expansion for MSAN, MSAG, DSLAM Ports testing & fault localization, Hardware health improvement by quick repair through vendor and refurbishment through procurement. MTTR as per minimal against different services for Corporate, EVO & consumers.
• Maintaining YTD KPIs. Wireline Network Availability 99.90% Wireless Network Availability 99.00% Core Switches MSU Network Availability 99.99% GPON OLT Network Availability 99.99%
• Employee job assignment and performance review session with one-to-one basis each month/quarter & support team for boosting performance & motivation. Conduct 100% performance dialogue check ins & complete PM review as per the timelines shared by P&O. Ensure 100% completion of engagement sessions by all teams w.r.t technical, EHS, Admin, HR & other trainings and capability enhancer sessions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• BSc/BE Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or B-Tech Honors Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Technology or BS Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Technology or BSC Telecommunication or Equivalent)
• Complete understanding of Telecom Network operations and technical services support to internal customers

Technical Competency:

• GPON FMC Understanding
• Telecom Access network operations
• Microwave System
• Electric Power Systems (AC/DC/Solar) functional understanding
