Executive Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1) Monitor and manage daily bank positions to ensure optimal fund allocation.

2) Execute Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions for scheduled payments.

3) Maintain and update investment portfolios in Mutual Funds and the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

4) Perform regular bank reconciliation for all bank accounts in ERP.

5) Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and banks to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

6) Support audits and financial reviews related to treasury.

7) Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports

8) Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

9) Any other assignment by management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in treasury or finance (preferred).

· Strong knowledge of banking operations and cash management.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good communication and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

· Experience in ERP systems (Oracle / Netsuite etc.)

· Understanding of foreign exchange, LCs, and bank financing

· Knowledge of local banking regulations

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
