Job Title: Executive – Full Stack Developer
Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi
Shift Time: 5:00pm to 2:00am (Mon – Fri)

Position Overview:

The Executive Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications across frontend and backend systems. This role requires a highly skilled developer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end—from building responsive user interfaces to developing robust backend architectures and deploying applications to production environments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

· Build scalable and secure backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

· Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and/or MySQL.

· Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.

· Create and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and/or Bricks.

· Manage source code, version control, and collaboration through GitHub.

· Handle application deployment, monitoring, and scaling on AWS.

· Manage Apple App Store and Google Play Store submissions, updates, and app lifecycle.

· Ensure application performance, security, and scalability best practices are followed.

· Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in full stack development.

· Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

· Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.

· Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.

· Experience in mobile app development using React Native.

· Proficiency in WordPress development, specifically Elementor and/or Bricks.

· Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.

· Practical knowledge of app publishing processes for Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

· Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.

· Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security best practices.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

· Knowledge of Docker or containerization.

· Familiarity with serverless architecture.

· Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail.

· Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
