Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Laravel (backend) and React (frontend), along with hands-on experience in Docker, AWS cloud infrastructure, and relational databases.

This role requires a high level of ownership and autonomy, including system architecture decisions, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers. You will play a key role in building and scaling internal systems such as LMS, website and SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Development

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Laravel and React
• Define and implement system architecture, ensuring maintainability and scalability
• Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications
• Design and optimize relational database schemas

2. DevOps & Deployment

• Containerize applications using Docker for consistent development and production environments
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery

3. Performance & Security

• Optimize application performance across frontend and backend
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Ensure data protection, system reliability, and high availability

4. Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Document system architecture and development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong backend expertise in Laravel (PHP)
• Strong frontend experience with React.js
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of queue systems (e.g., Laravel Queues, Redis)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
• Prior experience working as a solo developer or leading projects

Pay: From Rs350,000.00 per month

• This role will be based at our new office location in the vicinity of G-9, Islamabad. The working hours will be 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
