Key Responsibility:

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the beverage company's goals and local labor laws.
  • Oversee and execute the recruitment and selection process for roles from production line to sales and management, ensuring efficient onboarding.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, manage performance issues, and foster positive employee relations to maintain productivity and morale.
  • Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are attractive and compliant within the industry.
  • Identify training needs, organize programs for skills enhancement (e.g., safety, quality control), and support career growth within the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations (HSE), and industry-specific standards related to the production and distribution of beverages.
  • Design and maintain job descriptions (JDs), organizational structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective workforce management.
  • Expertise in HRIS like Oracle/ ERP/ SAP

Experience: Minimum experience 4 years.

Experience in Beverages industry will be preferred.

Qualification: MBA/BBA in Human Resources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
