Executive Head of Human Capital (HR Director)

We are appointing a distinguished human capital executive to lead people strategy for a multinational organization operating at scale.

This role is reserved for a senior leader with a proven record of shaping enterprise-wide HR strategy, advising executive leadership, and driving organizational excellence across global markets.

Profile of Excellence

• 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience within multinational corporations

• Demonstrated success in operating across complex, multi-country environments

• Deep expertise in global HR governance, organizational design, and workforce strategy

• Established credibility with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders

• Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams

Academic & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• International certifications and global exposure are highly valued

Mandate

• Define and execute enterprise-wide human capital strategy aligned with long-term business objectives

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on talent, culture, and organizational transformation

• Lead succession planning, leadership development, and performance frameworks

• Ensure global best practices, governance, and regulatory excellence
