Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet IHG brand standards.
  • Develop and oversee cleaning schedules, inspections, and SOPs for consistent service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
