Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: Hyderabad (Flexible – should be willing to travel anywhere in India)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle on-ground HR activities and meet field-level requirements effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and resolve issues internally.
  • Act as a liaison with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Compile and maintain HR reports, records, and spreadsheets.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee files, databases, and records related to benefits, employment status, and compliance.
  • Track and document grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular file audits to ensure completeness of employee documentation.
  • Perform payroll and benefit-related reconciliations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum one year of relevant HR experience.
  • Flexible to travel across India as per organizational requirements.
  • Energetic, proactive, and ready to take on challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably from North India.
  • Capable of driving HR processes and contributing to organizational growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
