Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Executive HR & Admin who will play a key role in driving talent acquisition while managing HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate must be skilled in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and supporting smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming roles.
- Post job ads, manage online recruitment portals, and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews with departments and ensure timely feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and handle pre-joining formalities.
- Support employer branding through professional communication and candidate engagement.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, orientation, and documentation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR systems.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Address employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Support HR reporting and policy implementation.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and housekeeping coordination.
- Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and service contracts.
- Assist in arranging meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Ensure smooth administrative workflow and compliance with company policies.
