  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support the appraisal process and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and leave management.
  • Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Analyze attrition and implement retention strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
