Job Description: HR Generalist cum Admin

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary Budget: Up to ₹30,000/Month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all roles (Sourcing → Screening → Interviews → Selection).
  • Draft and release job postings across portals and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct salary discussion, prepare offer letters, and manage joining formalities.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage complete onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare and issue Appointment Letters, Asset Letters, NDA, and company documents.
  • Maintain employee files (soft & hard copies) and ensure all documents are submitted.
  • Update PagarGuru, Master Employee File, and internal HR records.

3. Attendance, Payroll Coordination & Compliance

  • Track daily attendance, leaves, and late marks across all departments.
  • Verify extra working days and compensatory offs monthly.
  • Coordinate with Directors and Accounts for payroll finalization.
  • Share verified payroll details with the Accounts team (Purva).
  • Support statutory document preparation (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF where applicable).

4. Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries and grievances.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, birthday calendars, and internal communication.
  • Conduct confirmation reviews, appraisal coordination, and promotion tracking.
  • Handle employee discipline, warning notices, and policy implementation.

5. Admin Responsibilities

  • Oversee office administration: stationery, pantry, housekeeping coordination.
  • Manage vendor interactions (IT, security, maintenance, etc.).
  • Track asset allocation (SIM, laptops, mobile phones, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.

6. Exit Formalities

  • Manage complete exit process including resignation acceptance & notice tracking.
  • Conduct exit interviews and document handover process.
  • Prepare Full & Final Settlement details and coordinate with Accounts.
  • Revoke access, collect company assets, and close employee files.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist & Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, HR tools & attendance systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR operations.
  • Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
