Job summary

we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. the role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while supporting overall organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, exit, and documentation
  • Maintain employee records, hr databases, and reports
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Address employee queries related to hr policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
  • plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Support hr audits and internal process improvements

Required skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hr, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an hr generalist or hr executive
  • Strong knowledge of hr operations, recruitment, and labor laws
  • Experience with hrms, payroll coordination, and documentation
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in ms excel, word, and email communication

Preferred qualifications

  • Mba in hr or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in handling both corporate and field hiring
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance (pf, esi, gratuity, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • HR Generalist : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Recruitment : 1 year (Preferred)
