Job summary
we are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. the role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while supporting overall organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, exit, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, hr databases, and reports
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Address employee queries related to hr policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisals
- plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support hr audits and internal process improvements
Required skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hr, business administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an hr generalist or hr executive
- Strong knowledge of hr operations, recruitment, and labor laws
- Experience with hrms, payroll coordination, and documentation
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in ms excel, word, and email communication
Preferred qualifications
- Mba in hr or equivalent qualification
- Experience in handling both corporate and field hiring
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (pf, esi, gratuity, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
