Responsibilities:-

· Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, labour laws).

· Support in employee welfare, safety, and medical facilities at the plant.

· Organize employee engagement activities and maintain good employee relations.

· Manage training coordination and maintain training records.

· Maintain personnel files and HRMIS records.

· Support plant administration when required.

Skills Required:

· Knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance.

· Good communication & interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work with plant employees and resolve queries.

· MS Office and basic HR software knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
