Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (TA)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and non-executive positions, including:
- Job requisition coordination
- Job posting on digital platforms
- CV screening and shortlisting
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Candidate follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ensure recruitment data accuracy and timely reporting.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Assist in OD initiatives, including:
- Organizational structure and organogram development
- Job descriptions (JDs) drafting and updating
- Role clarity and reporting-line documentation
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Assist in HR projects related to:
- Performance management support
- Maintain OD-related records, presentations, and reports.
Required Qualifications
- BBA (HR) / BS Management (HR)
- MBA HR / MS HR (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in:
- Talent Acquisition
- Organizational Development
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with digital recruitment tools and job portals
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of OD concepts, organograms, and HR documentation
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
