We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Executive – HR to join our team. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and handle end-to-end HR operations.

• Routine HR Operations:
• Attendance monitoring
• Late comers tracking
• Memo issuing
• HR record maintenance
• Insurance
• Disciplinary actions

HRD Functions

• Culture building
• Creating & executing HR Calendar with engagement activities
• HR Budget preparation
• Organizing training modules (internal & external faculties)

Admin Responsibilities

• Housekeeping supervision
• Staff transportation
• Staff meals (snacks / lunch / dinner) & welfare activities

Required Skills

Working Hours

• General Shift (8 Hours)
