Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and HR administration to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Candidate currently residing in UAE are preferred.
