Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Patent Paralegal to support our IP team in managing patent and design filings, compliance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file patent applications: PCT (National Phase), Ordinary (Provisional/Non-Provisional), Convention.

Draft acknowledgements for new cases and manage post-filing forms.

Communicate with clients on pending documents and report as-filed documents.

Handle IP and other compliance documents.

Maintain deadlines for patent portfolio and report publications.

Prepare and file design applications and related forms.
Requirements
-
1–5 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal.

Strong knowledge of Indian Patent Office procedures and international filings.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with IP
management tools is a plus.
