Senior Officer / Executive – Inventory Management
Location: Cybernet Head Office
Department: Inventory Management Department

Cybernet is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Senior Officer / Executive – Inventory Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, smooth warehouse operations, and effective audits across nationwide stores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, streamline processes, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day inventory management processes across warehouses and stores nationwide.

· Ensure accurate stock recording, reconciliation, and timely reporting.

· Conduct audits and enforce compliance with company policies and SOPs.

· Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Identify discrepancies, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.

· Support process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

· Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory management systems.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
