Inventory Coordinator - KHI

Overview:

The incumbent will be primarily required to handle the inventory management within SAP based warehouse management system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, issuance, storage and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc. and coordinates with the customer and warehousing functions.
• Support system team in order generation and receiving.
• Responsible for internal & external inventory audits.
• Performs daily, weekly cycle count & month end stock count according to business requirement.
• Perform Inventory reconciliation with customers.
• Reviews the data of deficiencies and accuracy, also resolves discrepancies System V/S Floor.
• Handle customer complains & maintained its Log.
• Ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing, and unpacking.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
• Intermediate degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
• Must have good management, interpersonal and software handling skills.
