Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Floor Supervisor to oversee our calling and sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all agents are actively engaged in calls, maintaining performance standards, and following company protocols. The role requires strong observation, communication, and leadership skills to maintain productivity and discipline on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all calling agents during shift hours.
• Ensure each team member meets their daily call targets.
• Regularly check if agents are actively making calls.
• Listen to call recordings to evaluate communication quality and professionalism.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to agents.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding attendance, performance, and behavioral issues.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to office rules.
• Prepare daily activity and performance reports for management review.
• Support management in implementing performance improvement plans and operational updates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably in a call center or BPO).
• Strong communication and monitoring skills.
• Ability to handle team pressure and ensure targets are met.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and performance driven.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Saturday: 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM
