HK Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of all hospital areas.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good working condition.
• Conduct inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records and reports of cleaning activities.
• Communicate effectively with managers and department heads.

Job Specifications:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in same role
• Intermediate or Graduate
• Experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and infection control.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a large housekeeping team.
