Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Supervisor (Offset Division) to oversee and manage our offset printing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output, maintaining machine efficiency, and supervising printing staff to meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of offset printing operators and support staff.
• Ensure smooth operation of printing machines and timely job completion.
• Review printing specifications and approve color accuracy and print quality.
• Monitor and control waste, ink usage, and material consumption.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Implement safety and quality standards in line with company policies.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offset printing operations, preferably in packaging.
• Hands-on experience with Heidelberg or similar machines.
• Strong understanding of color management, registration, and print quality control.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail.
