Shrink Film & Stretch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience of shrink wrapping machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. (Preferred 3 layers).
• Ability to effectively lead, train and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure high quality packaging and identify any defects.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues with the machines or the packaging process.

Requirements:

Education: DAE (Mechanical / Electrical / Polymer)

Experience: 03-05 years of relevant experience
