Inventory Specialist

A professional multitasker who can manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time.

The objective of Role:

1. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals

2. Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operations

3. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

4. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with regulations

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping

2. Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the production facility, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

3. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed

4. Oversee and manage logistics

5. Inspect incoming materials and delivery goods and report faulty items.

Responsibilities:

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics is preferred.

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
