About the Role

We are expanding our Business Acquisition & Capital Advisory Division in Dubai and seeking an experienced executive-level advisor to lead complex, high-value transactions across structured investments and established business acquisitions.

This role is designed for professionals operating beyond transactional sales — individuals capable of structuring sophisticated deals, advising on capital deployment strategies, and managing long-term UHNW investor relationships.

You will work directly with decision-makers and investors on opportunities typically ranging from: AED 1,000,000 – 20,000,000+

Core Responsibilities

• Lead advisory discussions for 6–8 figure investment opportunities
• Structure business acquisition transactions in collaboration with legal and finance teams
• Prepare investment memorandums, financial positioning decks, and ROI models
• Evaluate valuation metrics (EBITDA multiples, cash flow projections, risk assessment)
• Manage investor pipeline and strategic capital allocation
• Drive acquisition-to-exit strategy discussions
• Coordinate with marketing to properly position investment opportunities
• Represent the firm in executive-level meetings and networking forums
• Build recurring investor portfolios and long-term advisory relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in high-ticket investment sales, capital advisory, private placements, or business brokerage
• Proven history closing transactions AED 1M+ per deal
• Strong financial literacy (P&L, EBITDA, IRR, cash flow interpretation)
• Ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements
• Executive presence and strategic-level communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Background in private equity, structured investments, real estate investment, or wealth management
• Existing HNWI / family office network in UAE or GCC
• Experience building or leading advisory teams
• Arabic or Russian language proficiency
• CFA / CFP or formal finance education

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: AED 5,000

Commission: 3–7% performance-based (uncapped)

Team Override: Percentage on team production (if leading advisors)

Profit Sharing: Long-term partnership option for senior executives

Visa: Provided

Health Insurance: Provided

High performers in this role can exceed AED 60,000 – 120,000+ monthly, based on capital mobilization and deal performance.

Performance Expectations

• Monthly pipeline target: AED 3M+ qualified capital
• Expected close rate: 10–15% (deal complexity dependent)
• Quarterly capital mobilization targets
• Long-term portfolio growth & investor retention metrics
