• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and software updates.
• Support and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR, and connectivity issues.
• Perform network cabling, cable management, and connectivity troubleshooting for LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end users, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Maintain IT inventory including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and IT services when required.
• Ensure system security, backups, and basic network protection practices are followed.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce system downtime.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, network layouts, and troubleshooting logs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics.
