Executive – Learning Operations

JOB PURPOSE

The Learning Operations Executive supports the operational management and governance of learning across MAGRABi University by ensuring learning activities are scheduled, documented, tracked, and reported through learning systems. The role enables visibility into learning delivery, participation, and impact, while coordinating vendor-led programs, managing vendor learning platforms, and maintaining the centralized learning calendar.


Qualifications and Education:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required or any related field.

▪ Certification or coursework related to Learning Management Systems, Data Analysis, or Learning

Administration is a plus.

Experience

▪ 1–3 years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, or learning systems

support.

▪ Experience supporting training logistics, learning platforms, or learning program coordination.

▪ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

▪ Experience coordinating learning programs with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

▪ Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.

▪ Experience using tools such as Canva or AI tools to create simple learning assets is a plus.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Coordinate scheduling and operational delivery of learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and vendor-led product training.

▪ Coordinate with MAGRABi product vendors to organize product knowledge training sessions and support vendor-led learning programs.

▪ Manage vendor learning platforms such as Leonardo (EssilorLuxottica) and other supplier learning portals.

▪ Maintain the centralized learning calendar and ensure visibility of all learning activities across the

organization.

▪ Upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (iLearn).

▪ Track attendance, completion, feedback, and learning hours in the LMS, including documenting field coaching

activities, topics covered, and learning hours.

▪ Maintain learning data and support reporting, assisting in preparing reports and dashboards on learning participation, hours, and trends.

▪ Create simple digital learning assets, such as infographics or short learning videos using Canva or AI tools
