Job Location: Dolmen City
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering and contract processes for works, including tender documents, work orders, contract amendments, bid evaluations, and comparative analysis in line with FIDIC & PEC guidelines.
- Prepare and oversee consultancy agreements and related contracts, ensuring compliance with FIDIC & PEC standards for consultancy services.
- Drive project cost management through budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, planning, and effective cost control across the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and contractual compliance, including cost audits, variance analysis, contract close-outs, and final documentation to support management decisions.
- Handle post-contract matters, including claims, variations, reconciliations, and final account settlements to ensure smooth project completion
Education & Experience:
- Education: MS / BS / BE in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute,.
- Technical Skills: With sound knowledge of MEP works and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Certification: Contract Management (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Construction and Real Estate Development projects
