Drive end-to-end development and lifecycle management of digital banking products across payments, onboarding, account servicing, and ecosystem services, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Lead product strategy through roadmap ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven optimization using KPIs, user analytics, and experimentation to improve growth, experience, and operational efficiency.


What Executive Manager Digital Banking Products Does - Mobilink Bank?


  • Drive the end-to-end design, launch, and continuous enhancement of digital banking products across payments, customer acquisition, account servicing, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and platform scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including transaction success rates, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with payment processors, fintechs, banks, regulators, and other financial institutions to support ecosystem growth.
  • Ensure products, processes, and operations comply with applicable regulatory, compliance, and scheme requirements.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into detailed product documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, user journeys, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with technology teams throughout the product lifecycle, from solution design and development to UAT, production deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to drive product improvements and feature enhancements.
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and competitive developments.
  • Monitor and improve the reliability, security, and performance of payment and transaction flows, including fraud risk mitigation and dependency management.
  • Drive continuous innovation to enhance customer experience, increase adoption, and improve operational effectiveness.


What are we looking for and what does it take to be Executive Manager Digital Banking Products - Mobilink Bank?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Computer Science will be an added advantage.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the digital banking domain within a reputable bank.
  • Strong experience with payment products and solutions, including online payments, POS acquiring, payment schemes, virtual cards, and payment gateways.
  • Sound understanding of the digital payments ecosystem, emerging technologies, and integration architectures.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements relevant to digital banking and payments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
