We're searching for an experienced Manager who can lead our Pakistan operations independently.

This role is for someone who doesn't wait for instructions. We need a builder, a leader, and an operator.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for establishing and scaling ZenTech Agency's Pakistan business by:

• Driving business development and expanding our client portfolio.
• Leveraging your industry network to generate strategic partnerships and new opportunities.
• Managing project delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Working directly with our international leadership teams serving the US, UK, and GCC markets.
• Establishing ZenTech as one of Pakistan's leading digital transformation agencies.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in proven operators—not just managers.

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in a digital agency, software house, or technology company.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, CRM, ERP, and Automation.
• Existing relationships within Pakistan's technology and business ecosystem.
• Experience handling enterprise and SME clients.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• The ability to make decisions independently and take full ownership.
• A results-oriented mindset with exceptional execution ability.

Bonus Points

• Existing network of developers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals.
• Experience scaling an agency or technology business.
• Experience serving international clients.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and automation platforms.
