Strategic Prioritization & Resource Alignment

  • Support CFO and CEO in prioritizing projects based on strategic importance, capacity, and impact
  • Highlight resource constraints, overlaps, and execution fatigue across the organization
  • Ensure non-priority or stalled initiatives are flagged, paused, or rationalized

Governance Forums & Decision Support

  • Structure and run project review forums (monthly/quarterly) for senior management

  • Introduce simple, practical project management standards (not heavy PMO bureaucracy)
  • Coach functional teams on execution discipline, ownership, and delivery mindset
  • Leverage existing project managers (IT and others) without duplicating roles
