Executive Marketing

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach activities to promote the hospital’s services, increase patient acquisition, and build brand awareness. This role involves fieldwork, relationship-building with referral doctors, organizing health camps and events, and digital and offline marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Outreach:

• Identify and approach potential referral sources (e.g., general practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centers).
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
• Generate and follow up on patient leads through various channels.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and new offerings.

Marketing Activities:

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline).
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.) in targeted areas.
• Coordinate and organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), wellness programs, and community outreach events.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns (if required).

Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and lead conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance updates.
• Collect feedback from patients and referral partners to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
