Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Sales

Location: Janakpuri

Experience Required: 1–8 years (minimum 2 years in IT sales/business development)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth goals.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT sales / business development (software, IT services, or solutions).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,955.96 - ₹40,280.13 per month
