Job Purpose

To assist in Marketing and Network Planning in Central B Region
Job Responsibilities
-
Monitor Subscriber KPIs, identify improvement areas and propose way forward.

New Product identification and products performance tracking.

Support sales team by providing actionable insights through regular performance reports.
-
Developing Reports and Alerts to ensure effective performance management for newly launched products.

Responsible for Planning and execution of coverage Expansion Facilitate regions via coverage strategy to be in line with business plan & segments strategy
-
Responsible for all the analysis require for bids preparation from commercial side for USF offered LotsAnalysis and reporting of the sites deployed – On Air sites analysis

Evaluating commercial KPIs performance - City level, District level, Site level analysis
-
Daily coordination with Regional CPBS and Technical HQ team for smooth Network Availability

Conduct Market visits to identify potential areas and New Operational Sites activities audit
-
Identify Highest ROI LocationsPost launch performance analysis of New physical sitesWeekly and monthly reporting on regional level.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Marketing or Business Management from a reputable university
Work Experience
-
Preferably 2-3 years of experience.
