Job Title: Executive – Milk Plant (Dairy Technologist)

Qualification: BS (Hons.) in Dairy Technology
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in dairy processing.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience in pasteurized milk, khoya, cottage cheese, yogurt, butter, and desi ghee production.
- Good understanding of dairy processing equipment and plant operations.
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene practices, SOPs, and GMP.
- Strong product knowledge of dairy fat/SNF standards and production parameters.
- Ability to maintain production documentation and ensure process compliance.
- Coordination skills to work with production, QC, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day milk processing and value-added dairy product operations.
- Ensure correct processing of pasteurized milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter, desi ghee, and khoya as per standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices throughout production.
- Ensure proper process parameters for pasteurization, fermentation, and separation.
- Record and maintain batch processing logs and related documentation.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor raw milk utilization, minimize wastage, and support process optimization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for smooth equipment operations.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Production/Plant Manager.
