Job Title: Manager Dairy Plant
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or Microbiology.
Experience: 8–9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role at a dairy processing plant.
Skills:

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end dairy manufacturing operations (milk processing, pasteurization, ghee, cheese, and allied products).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, quality control, and production standards (ISO 9001:2015, HALAL certification, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably in the Production Module).
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective plant management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and continuously improve all production operations of the Dairy Plant.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the plant with maximum efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Implement and monitor quality, safety, and hygiene standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production processes and resources to minimize waste and downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure proper utilization of plant machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams for timely and effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and reduce operational costs.
