Collaborate closely with the Floor Manager to implement and maintain stringent stock control measures, ensuring optimal inventory levels are consistently maintained across all product categories.

Provide authoritative leadership to the team of Store Associates, directing them in the execution of mass merchandising strategies, shelf management protocols, stock control procedures, and departmental cleanliness standards.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience.
