Production Manager Dipping

We are currently looking for experienced Production Manager for our Dipping Department to join our growing team.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities in the dipping department.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
• Supervise and train production staff, including operators and shift supervisors.
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and process efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve process or machinery issues.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar production management role, preferably in dipping (gloves manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of dipping processes and materials (latex, nitrile, PVC, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
