We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager who will work closely with our Chairman responsible for the one of group’s subsidiary companies; a strategic, solution-oriented professional with strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
Who Are You?

At least
5 years of experience
in executive office, strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or senior-level coordination roles,

Experience working closely with C-level executives, founders, or board members,
-
Strong ability to conduct strategic analysis, prepare executive briefs, and develop alternative scenarios with risk/opportunity assessments,

Exceptional “big picture” thinking – able to connect strategy, operations, finance, and market dynamics simultaneously,

Strong problem-framing capability – able to structure complex issues into clear decision points,

Advanced prioritization and time management skills,

Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal hierarchical authority,

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and extract executive-level insights,

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English,

What You Will Do?

Directly reporting to the Chairman, the Executive Office Manager will act as a strategic partner, ensuring decision–action–follow-up discipline across the organization.

Structure and prioritize the Chairman’s agenda based on strategic impact and company priorities,

Establish and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive governance rhythms,

Prepare executive briefs, strategic memos, alternative scenarios, and risk/opportunity analyses for critical decisions,

Frame complex business issues into clear decision packages that enable effective and timely executive action,

Ensure that strategic decisions translate into measurable actions and follow through until closure,
-
Track critical initiatives and escalate blockers when necessary,
-
Facilitate executive and leadership meetings when required, ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability,

Monitor alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution, identifying deviations early,

Act as a cross-functional bridge between sales, finance, operations, legal, and other departments,

Strengthen governance mechanisms for high-priority projects,
Support the Chairman in focusing on high-value areas such as growth strategy, investments, portfolio management, and long-term value creation.
