Who We’re Looking For?

We are building a team of proactive minds who don't just "do a job" but take ownership of the mission. As the Executive Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our onsite operations. We aren't looking for a spectator; we need a "driver" who finds solutions before they are asked for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Act as the primary administrator of the office, ensuring onsite operations run seamlessly every day.
  • Financial Correspondence: Handle official correspondence with banks and other institutions with high accuracy.
  • Financial Administration: Manage petty cash, track office expenses, and ensure all utility and vendor bills are processed on time.
  • Documentation: Oversee all physical and digital office documentation, maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality.
  • Communication Bridge: Serve as a vital link between the team and the company directors, ensuring relevant tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
  • Director Support: Execute specialized tasks assigned by the Managing Directors to optimize their time and focus.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role (experience in finance or professional services is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, or related fields).
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of "attention to detail." You should be comfortable with numbers and basic accounting (for expense management).
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude. You should be the type of person who stays ahead of the schedule.
