Job Summary:

The Europe & Scandinavia Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing operational activities across European and Scandinavian markets. This role requires a strong understanding of regional business practices, regulatory frameworks, and customer service standards. The executive will ensure efficient execution of services, maintain compliance, liaise with local partners/vendors, and drive operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations across Europe and Scandinavia.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products/services.
• Monitor supply chain, logistics, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Partner & Vendor Coordination:

• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, agents, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure partner compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

• Stay up to date with EU and Scandinavian regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, customs, taxation, labor laws).
• Ensure all operations comply with local and international laws.

Customer Service & Quality Control:

• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalations and support local teams with issue resolution.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare regular operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for process optimization.
• Track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR teams.
• Support new market entries, product launches, or strategic initiatives in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.31 - ₹40,000.33 per month
