About the Role

Marble Lane Trading LLC is looking for a capable, energetic, and highly adaptable professional to work closely with leadership in a role that blends technology exposure, operational coordination, and executive support.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology & Systems

• Support internal platforms including Angular-based applications, Odoo (Python framework), and company websites
• Coordinate with external developers and technology partners
• Help maintain system accuracy and flag improvement opportunities
• Assist with basic reporting and data management

Operations & Inventory

• Support inventory tracking, reporting, and process discipline
• Coordinate between procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
• Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate communication across departments

Executive & Office Coordination

• Work directly with leadership on strategic priorities and follow-ups
• Track projects and ensure timely execution
• Maintain organization across administrative functions
• Prepare summaries, reports, and action updates when required

International Coordination

• Assist with activities spanning UAE and UK operations
• Work across different time zones when needed
• Travel occasionally based on business requirements

Candidate Profile

• Exposure to Angular, Odoo, Python environments, or website management is advantageous
• (Deep expertise is not essential — learning ability and mindset are far more important.)
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, tech support, or a multi-functional business role

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive, dependable, and solution-focused
• Comfortable taking ownership and operating with minimal supervision
• Flexible with working hours when business demands require it
• Strong communication skills and professional maturity
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic companyCompensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 7,000 – 11,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
