About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Executive OSP Planning professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and optimizing FTTH networks, ensuring high-quality execution, and supporting rapid business expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize ODN designs prepared by contractors for FTTH deployments
• Perform BoQ verification and provide budget loading recommendations
• Ensure designs align with GPON standards and industry best practices
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation
• Coordinate with survey and design teams for optimal ODN component selection
• Verify BoMs based on finalized designs
• Provide technical support to deployment teams, planning units, and operations
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecom/FTTH planning
• Hands-on experience with GIS tools (mandatory)
• Strong technical understanding of FTTH network design & deployment
• Knowledge of GPON technology and OSP implementation standards
• Familiarity with greenfield and brownfield deployment models
• Proficiency in tools like ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Communication Responsibilities

• External: Design templates and technical documentation
• Internal: Project trackers, store item tracking, CAPEX reports
