The
Executive – Performance
will support the execution and optimization of
Paid Social
campaigns for MENA-region clients. This role includes hands-on campaign management, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure performance goals are met.
A Typical Day Will Include

Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across
paid social platforms
, with a primary focus on
LinkedIn
and
WhatsApp
.

Work closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs through daily optimizations, pacing checks, and troubleshooting.

Support client onboarding by ensuring accurate campaign setup, audience implementation, and performance tracking.

Stay informed on updates, new features, and best practices on LinkedIn and WhatsApp; share key learnings with the wider team.

Maintain campaign quality through regular audits and adherence to internal processes and platform guidelines.

Collaborate with planning teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and audience strategies.

Contribute to internal reporting, insights generation, and performance summaries.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience in a similar agency or digital marketing role, specifically in
paid social activation
.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
; experience with
WhatsApp advertising or Meta platforms
is a strong plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Basic understanding of tracking tools (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, MMPs) is a plus.

Certifications in Meta Blueprint or LinkedIn Marketing Labs are preferred.
