A fast-growing, founder-led consumer brand known for its innovation, award-winning products, and strong community engagement is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level, comprehensive support to the CEO/Founder across both professional and personal domains. This role requires exceptional discretion, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage a complex and evolving calendar, including meetings, events, and travel

Coordinate internal and external meetings with partners, stakeholders, and leadership

Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation

Support presentations, research projects, and strategic initiatives

Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget oversight

Organize files, records, and systems to ensure operational efficiency
Personal & Lifestyle Support

Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and logistics
-
Coordinate household vendors, services, and property-related needs
-
Arrange personal travel and detailed itineraries
-
Assist with family logistics and special projects as needed

Support organization of storage, inventory, and household operations
-
Handle highly confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Office & Team Support

Provide in-office support to the CEO and leadership team

Coordinate meeting logistics and materials
-
Assist with light office operations and organizational systems

Partner cross-functionally on scheduling, events, and internal initiatives

Support planning of team events, offsites, and internal programs
Qualifications
-
5+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-profile principal
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills with polished professional judgment

Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and social platforms)
-
Resourceful, adaptable, and calm in fast-paced environments

Demonstrated discretion, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving ability
Location: Marina del Rey
Compensation: $120k
Schedule: This position is structured as:

3 days per week
at the CEO’s residence (personal + executive support)
-
2 days per week
in the office (executive + operational support)
Note: Schedule flexibility is essential, as weekly needs may vary.
